Utah-Based Construction Company Completes Major Idaho Road Project 12/22/2010 TWIN FALLS, IDAHO—A new roadway opened to motorists last night in Twin Falls, Idaho to provide a bypass option for trucks and commercial traffic traveling past Twin Falls.
