Jim Randall – President, IHC Scott

Jim has worked for the IHC arm of the IHC Scott team for the past 26 years and was in his role as President/COO for the past seven years. Jim grew up around the construction business and his experience as working as a laborer during the summers and fulfilling the roles of project engineer, project manager, senior estimator, and chief estimator have helped provide him a balanced understanding of the construction business. The merger of the two companies has created a company that employees over 750 people and focuses on concrete paving, mass excavation, utilities, concrete structures, and bases.

Jim graduated from Colorado State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He and his wife Denise have one son and live in Parker, Colorado. Outside of work Jim enjoys playing golf, fly fishing, and spending time in the Rocky Mountains.
