Scott Okelberry – Executive Vice President and COO, Clyde Companies

Scott Okelberry is Executive Vice President and COO of Clyde Companies, a multi-billion-dollar provider of construction services and materials throughout the Intermountain West and Great Plains. He previously served as president of Sunroc Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clyde Companies.
Prior to his role with Sunroc, Scott was the Executive Vice President and COO of WW Clyde, another Clyde Companies subsidiary. He began his career at WW Clyde in 1992, holding roles such as foreman, superintendent, estimator, project engineer, chief estimator, project manager, project executive, and vice president.
Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management and a master’s degree in business administration from Brigham Young University. He served for eight years on the BYU Construction Management Industry Advisory Board, including a term as president. In the Associated General Contractors of Utah, Scott has contributed as highway committee chair, board member, and Chairman of the Board in 2021. In the community, he serves on the American Fork PARC tax advisory board and is its current chairman.
Scott enjoys running, hiking, camping, skiing, and spending time with his wife, Debbie, and their children and grandchildren.
