Join us on Thursday, January 9, for Clyde Live 2025, where we’ll celebrate our accomplishments, dive into our strategies and future and strengthen relationships across the organization. We’re excited about the day’s agenda and promise it’s an event you won’t want to miss!

If you registered for a hotel room and your supervisor approved your stay, you will receive an email 2 weeks prior to the event date asking you to download the Trip Plans app on your phone. Open the email on your phone to load your itinerary in the app, which will include your hotel check-in number for Wednesday, January 8. Though the room charges are covered, a credit card will be requested at check-in for any incidental expenses.

If you are flying in for the event, your flight plans will also be listed in the Trip Plans app (instructions above). For questions or concerns about any of your Clyde Live travel arrangements (flights, ground transportation or hotel reservations), contact Andrea Cumming on Teams.

Parking

Guests staying at the Marriott or Hilton can park there for a fee. For all other attendees, on-site parking is available for a fee under the Salt Palace Convention Center (see below for parking entrance locations). The Salt Palace has 2 parking entrances:

• 200 South Lot – Two Entrances: Enter off of 200 South between West Temple and 200 West or enter off of 200 West just south of the dock entrance.
• 300 West Lot – Two Entrances: Enter off of 300 West between 100 South and South Temple or enter off of 100 South between 200 West just past the Japanese Garden.

In addition to parking on-site at the Salt Palace, downtown Salt Lake City has over 30,000 parking spaces available. Visit www.parkingslc.com.
