Shelly Hill -Vice President Chief Human Resource Officer
Shelly joined Clyde Companies in 2022 as the Director of Benefits & Retirement. After developing a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that prioritizes the well-being of Clyde’s diverse workforce, she was promoted to Chief Human Resource Officer in 2024. As the CHRO, she is responsible for developing and leading Clyde companies people strategy. This includes attracting and developing diverse talent and building a culture that drives innovation and productivity to support business strategy. She is known for continually delivering excellence, providing data-driven analysis and decisions, and being an honest and direct coach, collaborator, and accountability partner.
Her career has been focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. From her earlier days in Sales, where she learned that when you genuinely prioritize someone else’s welfare it leads to mutual success for both parties involved, to her decade-plus time at WTW collaborating with Fortune 500 executives to create innovative solutions. Her success is attributed to being able to uncover and reimagine the potential in others and elevate all those around her.
Her passion for life/work harmony, inclusion and belonging, coupled with her commitment to mentoring high-performing women, has been a driving force in her career. Shelly has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University and certifications including Leading and Managing Globally from Yale School of Management and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
She enjoys spending time outdoors during the summer months and vacationing in warm places during the winter months. She and her husband live in American Fork and have five children and four grandchildren.
