Ryan Meyer – Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

With 20+ years of finance and accounting experience, Ryan Meyer is the chief financial officer and an executive vice president at Clyde Companies. 

Meyer began his career in public accounting with Deloitte.  He then advanced through several roles at ConAgra Foods, ending his tenure as a senior director within Enterprise Business Services. Most recently, Meyer was vice president and corporate controller for Wells Enterprises.

Meyer believes in giving back to the community, so he served in Iowa as a board member of the United Way of Siouxland and as executive director of the PlyWood Trail Foundation. He has also coached youth basketball for 12+ years. 

Meyer earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Doane University while playing basketball and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he is licensed as a certified public accountant and as a chartered global management accountant.  

Meyer and his wife, Jana, are the parents of two children. He enjoys CrossFit training, reading, spending time in the mountains, and traveling with his family as often as they can.
