Seth Sainsbury serves as Vice President of Finance for Clyde Companies, where he leads the organization’s financial strategy and operations. His responsibilities include oversight of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury cash management, general accounting, and accounting shared services.

Since joining Clyde Companies in 2019, Seth has held several leadership roles, including Controller, Director of Finance, and Senior Director of Finance and Accounting, before assuming his current position in 2025. Prior to Clyde Companies, Seth spent more than six years with The Walt Disney Company in various finance and accounting roles, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing, and business analysis.
Seth earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a non-practicing CPA.

Seth lives in West Mountain, Utah, with his wife and five children and spends his free time outdoors, farming, and coaching his kids at their sporting events.
