Judd Cook is the Associate Vice President of Clyde Administrative Services (CAS), the company’s enterprise shared services organization. He leads Clyde’s work on mergers & acquisitions, equipment, procurement, aviation and master insurance.
Judd earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems & technology and a master’s degree in business from Weber State University. Recently, he graduated from Harvard with a degree in Advanced Management Practices.
Judd spent the first 29 years of his professional career in the energy industry with Enbridge Gas and its predecessor companies – Dominion Energy and Questar Gas. His career spanned diverse disciplines including finance, operations, regulatory affairs, government relations and IT. Finally, ending his time in the energy industry as President of Enbridge Gas UT, ID and Wyoming. His strength is working with others and helping them to find what motivates them to reach their full potential.
Currently, Judd serves on the Governor’s Office of Economic Development Board. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah and served on the Board of Directors of the Utah Chamber of Commerce.
Judd is a life-long Utahn with deep roots in the state. He grew up on a small farm in Northern Utah where he still lives with his family including his wife Shalee and 3 amazing kids. They enjoy wake surfing on nearby Willard Bay (which was built by W.W. Clyde) and traveling to “beachy” locations.
