The planned Springville headquarters honors Clyde Companies’ legacy while supporting future growth.

As part of its centennial vision, Clyde Companies, Inc., will return to its 1926 roots by moving its headquarters back to Springville, Utah. The new headquarters site sits on the corner of 1400 North and Main Street. Plans for the new Clyde Companies headquarters preserve the structure of the historic W.W. Clyde & Co. shop, while modernizing its interior and constructing adjacent office space to support current and anticipated Clyde Companies growth.

“The future of Clyde Companies holds great opportunity, and moving our headquarters home to Springville feels right. It affirms the foundational values that shaped us for a century,” said Jeremy Hafen, President & CEO of Clyde Companies. “This move also allows us to give back to our iconic hometown, to the community that gave us a start 100 years ago.”

Clyde Companies began in 1926 as W.W. Clyde & Co., with small teams of men and horses using Fresno scrapers. From its beginnings under Wilford W. Clyde, known as W.W. Clyde, the company has grown into a family of businesses that includes W.W. Clyde & Co., Geneva Rock Products, Suncore Construction & Materials, Inc., Sunpro, Beehive Insurance Agency, Clyde Capital Group, and Bridgesource, LLC. Clyde Companies uses a centralized services model, supporting each subsidiary with shared administrative services.

“The Springville connection goes back generations,” said Wilford Clyde, Chairman of the Board and grandson to founder W.W. Clyde. “Our family and company roots here are deep, and it means a great deal to see Clyde Companies return to where it all began.”

Clyde Companies will begin clearing ground and preparing for construction during Fall 2025. A formal public ribbon cutting is anticipated in Fall 2027. After the move, the current headquarters located in Orem will continue as a Clyde Companies building and be used to meet the growing needs of other subsidiaries within the enterprise.
