Utah Governor Gives a Shoutout to Clyde Companies

Governor Cox

Utah Gov. Spencer Cox fielded questions from constituents this week during his first virtual town hall of the year and brought up Clyde Companies.

He outlined a new initiative for a one-time highway cleanup set to be announced on Earth Day. In the process of the announcement, he gave a shoutout to Clyde Companies and the efforts of our donated sweeper truck, Miles.

While the government also operates sweeper trucks, Cox said Clyde Companies’ purchase of one to give back to the state showed “the best of Utah.”

Miles operates along Interstate 15 in Utah from Spanish Fork to North Salt Lake, extending into I-215 and I-80, funded not by taxpayer dollars but by Clyde Companies. Learn more about Clyde Companies’ commitment to serve the community on the Miles the Sweeper Truck webpage.
