Celebrating Women in Construction at Clyde Companies

Women play a key role in shaping the construction industry, and at Clyde Companies, we’re proud to recognize their impact. As we celebrate Women in Construction Week, we’re highlighting a few employees who make a real difference every day. 

Sweekruthy Nandakumar – WW Clyde 

Sweekruthy helps keep projects running smoothly with her cost tracking and problem-solving skills. She jumps in where needed, whether it’s crunching numbers or working onsite with superintendents. She doesn’t shy away from challenges and is a steady presence, even when teams and projects shift. 

Charise Schexnayder – Clyde Capital Group 

Charise has been a key part of rolling out Dynamics 365 for construction at Clyde Capital Group. She’s helped develop processes, troubleshoot issues and support teams as they adjust to the system. She’s always willing to step in and find solutions, making a difference for not just Clyde Capital Group, but all of Clyde Companies. 

Kelsey Romero – Sunroc 

Kelsey earned her CDL on her own and jumped into the ready-mix world with no prior experience. She learned quickly and has become a solid driver. Her hard work and attitude set an example for others looking to get into the industry. 

Gabby Gauchay – Sunpro 

Gabby has been a go-to resource for the Project Flywheel ERP transition, training teams and helping with system updates. She juggles multiple responsibilities while staying available to support coworkers. Her problem-solving skills and willingness to help have been a huge asset. 

LaNette Andrews – Clyde Companies 

LaNette has been in construction for more than 30 years, taking on roles from dispatching operations to managing concrete pours. She’s been a key part of company transitions and software implementations, always stepping up to support the team. LaNette is a leader who makes sure the people around her grow in their careers. 

Julie Elliott – Sunroc 

Julie has built a strong, high-performing team and helps keep Sunroc’s Boise truck fleet moving efficiently. She puts company success first and works closely with customers to keep things running smoothly. Her leadership has made a huge difference in her area. 

These women, and many others across Clyde Companies, are driving change in construction. Their hard work and leadership make the industry better, and we’re proud to celebrate them during Women in Construction Week.
