We’re excited to announce that the 2025 We Value People Committee is officially up and running! This group spans our entire organization to ensure our core value of “We Value People” remains at the center of who we are and everything we do.
“The heart of this committee is simple: people,” said John Pennington, Chair of the Committee. “I’m genuinely excited to be part of this effort. We’re here to make sure every team member across Clyde Companies knows they’re heard and sees that we’re actively working to support them.
