Sunroc donated over $5,000 in concrete materials to help in the construction of the 2021 Hubble Hero House in Nampa, Idaho.
Each year, Hubble Homes builds a Hubble Hero House, a house constructed entirely from donations, then sold, with all profits going to charity.
In addition to Sunroc, 46 other trade partners, subcontractors, and vendors participated in the building of the home.
“We are thankful for all the support from our trade partners and subcontractors for their generous donation of 100% of the labor and materials it took to build the Hero Home,” Don Hubble, President and CEO of Hubble Homes, said. “Together we are proud to be able to give back and support the Treasure Valley community.”
Upon completion, the home was purchased for $490,000. All proceeds from the purchase went directly to seven different charities in the Boise, Idaho, area: Care House Partnerships, Faces of Hope, Family Justice Center of Idaho, Hope House, JEMFriends, Love INC, and Valley Women & Children’s Shelter. Each charity received an equal amount of $70,000.
Sunroc and its employees are proud to give back to projects like the Hubble Hero House. As a subsidiary of Clyde Companies, ‘Building a Better Community’ is our mission and focus.
