  4. Navigate to My Benefits under your profile.

No, we do require all eligible employees to go online each year during Open Enrollment and either enroll or decline. The system will show you what you currently have elected to make your selections easier.

Go to the Regence website. If you have a username and password for this site, login before searching. If not, grab your Regence card and use the Search using your ID Number. You will use this website for your Medical and Dental providers. Once you have a list of providers, you can narrow them down using the Refine Results on the left-hand side.

Login to My Benefits in UKG and check your benefits summary to show what plan you are on. The document library in My Benefits has information about the plans and what they each cover. If you have specific questions, you can call Regence’s customer service at 888-675-6570.

  1. Visit workplace.schwab.com
  2. Register with your account or log in if you have an existing account.
  3. In the dashboard, select “Manage Account” and then select “Change Contribution”.
  4. Adjust your contribution, then click “Submit”.

The annual contribution amount for each HSA plan remains the same; however, the employer contributions will now be deposited into employee accounts weekly instead of twice per year, giving you more frequent access to your funds.

To file a short-term or long-term disability claim, you can call Guardian at 800-268-2525. A representative will guide you through the process and send you the paperwork you’ll need to get your claim started.

  1. This must be done in UKG.
  2. In your profile, click Home, then click the person icon in the top right corner and select Preferences.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Use the drop-down menu next to Language to select Spanish.
  5. Click the save icon.
