    click on ‘Forgot Password?’, then choose “Forgot Username?”.
    If you don’t receive the email with your username, you can click on the “Click here to retrieve your username using an alternate method.” The company identifier is: Clyde
  3. If you are still unable to locate your username, call the Benefits Department.

We cannot see your password, if you don’t remember it, please go to the Employee Navigator website and click on ‘Forgot Password?’ and fill in your Username. An email will be sent to your email address on file.

We do require all eligible employees to go online and either enroll or decline. The system will show you what you currently have elected to make your selections easier.

Yes. The enrollment you did a few months ago was for 2023. To have benefits in 2024, you’ll need to go back online and enroll again.

Go to the Regence website. If you have a username and password for this site, login before searching. If not, grab your Regence card and use the Search using your ID Number. You will use this website for your Medical and Dental providers. Once you have a list of providers, you can narrow them down using the Refine Results on the left-hand side.

Login to Employee Navigator and check your benefit summary to show you what plan you are on. The Document Library in Employee Navigator has information about the plans and what it covers. If you have specific questions you can call Regence’s customer service at 866-240-9580.

Hospital Services are all covered after you have met your deductible. If you haven’t met your deductible before your visit, you will owe up to your deductible before the insurance starts picking up any costs of the visit.

We need to have name, relationship and allocation % filled out. We would love to have a phone number and/or their address in case we need to contact your beneficiary.
