Clyde Companies Surprises Employees After Surpassing $2 Billion Goal

Clyde Companies surprised each of its 4,500+ employees across all subsidiary companies with an unexpected payment.

Full-time employees received $1,000 and part-time employees received $500, on top of an already generous bonus structure, after the company surpassed a goal of $2 billion in annual revenue for the first time in company history.

After reaching the $1 billion mark in 2018, strategic plans were made in 2019 to double that revenue by the year 2025. The company surpassed its goal just two years later, ahead of schedule by four years.

Additionally, objectives were set to double profit and contributions to the community by 2025. These goals were also completed in 2021.

“This is a remarkable milestone in the history of Clyde Companies,” Jeremy Hafen, President of Clyde Companies, said. “What an incredible accomplishment and testament to our employees of their dedication and hard work.”

Apart from financial donations, Clyde Companies employees have donated countless hours of time performing service projects, collecting food and clothing for the less fortunate, and serving on boards and committees at organizations throughout the Intermountain West and Great Plains regions.

Since 1926, Clyde Companies has been focused on values that remain constant. Fiscal responsibility has always been championed, helping the company remain stable during times of economic uncertainty.

Clyde Companies is committed to providing a safe workplace for every employee. The importance of long-term goals, professional development, and educational opportunities are prioritized to build careers, not just jobs.

“Our mission is to Build a Better Community,” Hafen said. “We truly value our people who contribute to make this company what it is. As we look back at our achievements this year, my hope is that we are one step closer to accomplishing the mission of Clyde Companies.”
